I took this photo while standing on the porch of the Mulberry Cottage, looking straight ahead at the back of the carriage house that’s in front of the cottage here at Brampton Inn…it just seemed like the Black-eyed Susans (Maryland’s state flower, of course) were standing at attention waiting for me to take their picture!
