Our theme for the evening is “Flavors of Spain”. This 5-course small-plate menu is a culinary fiesta featuring the rich flavors and aromas of the region, from delectable seafood to spicy meats and decadent desserts. Each course is expertly paired with wine complementing and enhancing the fresh flavors. Monica Connors, WSET ® Level 3 and Regional Sales Director at DMV Distributing, LLC. will be guiding us through the pairing.
