Brampton Peach Lassi Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cup cold fat free greek yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups freshly pureed rip peaches
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar or more to taste
  • One dash of pure vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:
Puree all ingredients in blender and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. Serve chilled in stem glasses. Add one teaspoon of plain yogurt and sprinkle with (homemade) granola.
