Room Rate Information
Rates are for two people and include a full country breakfast as well as afternoon refreshments. 11% sales and lodging tax is additional.
We request a two night stay on weekends and a three night stay on holiday weekends and special events. Sometimes a single Saturday is available. Please add $40 plus tax to the regular rate.
We accept one-night reservations Sunday through Thursday.

You can also call us 8AM-8PM, seven days a week to reserve a room. Do not hesitate to call us with questions or special requests. It's easy to reach us toll free at 866-305-1860.
For reservations of two nights and more a deposit amount of 50% of total stay is required to hold a reservation. One night reservations require a deposit for the full amount.
Cancellation Policy
We are a small inn and guarantee to hold the room you reserve unless you tell us otherwise, at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
For holidays, weddings, elopements and special events we need to hear from you no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
We understand that plans can change. For cancellations in adherence with our policy, we will gladly refund your deposit minus a $39 cancellation fee.
In case of an emergency and you have to cancel within the 14 days, (or 30 days for holidays, weddings, elopements and special events), we will try our best to rebook your room. We would also encourage you to find a replacement. Friends or family members might be delighted to take your place.
Unfortunately, you will be charged the balance if your room stays empty for part or the full length of your reservation. Sorry, no exceptions.
A processing fee of $39 per room applies to all cancellations and changes.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, personal and travelers.
Absolutely, positively no smoking, burning candles and burning incense in any guest rooms and buildings.
We can accommodate a pet in Russell's Cottage. Pets can not be left alone in the cottage unless they are in their own crate. A $25 pet fee applies per day.
Children 12 and older are welcome. Only the Red Room, Green Room or Blue Room can accommodate a 3rd person. Please inquire first as restrictions apply. Add $39.
You are welcome to arrive between the hours of 3:00PM and 8:00PM.
If you find that you'll be running late, please give us a call 1-866-305-1860 so that we can arrange a self check-in for you.
Check-out time on the day of departure is no later than 11:00AM.
